For this reason, we generally take between 20-25 working days to deliver a product within India. Our team is always available at sales@zwaan.in to help you track your delivery status.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The products are returnable and fully refundable. In case, you're unhappy with the product you can return it. For returns:

1. Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or call us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product will be picked up from your door step.

It the product is in its original condition i.e. -  Unused, and Unworn, the refund will be initiated and processes within 14 days of the return.

2. Refunds are not applicable in case of custom orders. If you're unhappy with the fitting of your order, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you. We aim for the perfect fit and shall co-operate in all ways possible to ensure perfect fitting of the outfit.
