INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

• NO Returns will be accepted for all international orders.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

• Returns are ONLY applicable in case of standard sizing and design. Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.
  If the product is in its original condition i.e. -  Unused, and Unworn, a credit note code for the amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be initiated and shared with you via Email and/or WhatsApp. The credit amount can be used in our online or offline flagship store, valid for 365 days since date of issue.

• Returns are NOT applicable in case of custom sizing and/or colour. If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can reach out to us at  +91 9979981147
