We generally take between 20-25 working days to deliver garments internationally.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

- Returns are ONLY applicable in case of standard sizing and design. Write an email to us at sales@zwaan.in or contact us at 9979981147 within 3 days of the receipt of the product. The product needs to be re-packed in the same format as it was received, before returning it back to us.
If the product is in its original condition i.e. - Unused, and Unworn, a CREDIT NOTE with a code for the amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be initiated and shared with you via Email and/or WhatsApp. The credit amount can be used in our online or offline flagship store, valid for 365 days since date of issue.
